You name it, we do it. That slogan perfectly captures what JustinCase stands for: complete behind-the-scenes support for events and artist productions. From artist handling and tour management to transport, logistics, and event support for Justin, Suzanne, and their team, no challenge is too big.

From runner to professional organization

JustinCase was founded on January 3, 2008, but the foundation was laid years earlier. One of the founders started out as a runner at Defqon.1. “You’re basically a jack-of-all-trades in that role,” Suzanne recalls. “But we quickly discovered how much potential there was in supporting artists and events.” What began as a role behind the scenes grew thanks to a strong partnership with Q-dance into a trusted partner within the harder dance scene, including the very first Q-dance show in the Ziggo Dome. That growth is still visible today: during Defqon.1 2026, more than eighty JustinCase team members were active on site.

Professional and flexible

Artist handling is still at the core of the company. From runners, drivers, and stage management to artist coordination, transport, crew coordination, and hospitality: JustinCase makes sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. In addition, we support organizers and clients with project management, event support, tour management, advancing, and logistics. Both nationally and internationally, the team is known for its professional, flexible, and solution-oriented approach. “We always look at what’s needed to support a production or artist in the best possible way,” says Suzanne. Our working method is best described as friendly, flexible, cooperative, open-minded, professional, and reliable.

Within the industry, JustinCase is known as a partner that keeps its promises and always looks for solutions. We never promise things we can’t deliver. Instead, we focus on what is possible. That mentality is exactly why clients keep coming back, time and time again.

Always moving forward

Although the heart of JustinCase lies in the Amsterdam region, our network now reaches much further. From our office in Oostzaan, a growing team of professionals from all over the Netherlands and beyond keeps expanding our services including Travel Support Agency by JustinCase, which takes complete travel coordination and advancing off the hands of artists, management, and agencies. “Without our people, we are nowhere,” Suzanne knows. With a passion for music and years of experience, we have become an international partner for shows, events, and artists all over the world.
